Where? The moon? We’re going with Mostly No (there’s no fracking on the moon, but there are also no lunar fracking regulations, either). The reality is that fracking is heavily regulated. Agencies overseeing at least a part of the oil and natural gas development process include the U.S. EPA, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, along with the countless state and local agencies focused on maintaining environmental quality.
