Unless we move quickly away from fossil fuels, we're going to destroy the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the health of our children, grandchildren, and future generations. (Source)

No Fract for you! Instead, a big bowl of LE-OH NO! The move to use more natural gas that’s being unlocked by fracking is helping to improve the health of our children and the air we breathe for future generations. In the United States, CO2 levels have dropped to 25-year lows, while sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions from electricity production dropped 73 percent from 2006 to 2015. Gas-fired power plants emit just trace amounts of sulfur dioxides, carbon dioxide, and volatile organic compounds compared to other fossil fuels used for electricity generation. And it’s all thanks to fracking. Not to mention numerous studies have shown that fracking isn’t a serious threat to groundwater or public health.
